Anyway, here is a banner that I created for my good friend and her daughter for their birthday. I really like how it came out for their circus theme. I also created the red and yellow tissue poms. I followed the Martha Stewart tutorial and found that it was much easier to cut the ends at points instead of round them! I used Bazzill Swiss Dots Watermelon cardstock and Sunbeam cardstock for the scallop squares. I created the lettering on MTC. Hi Again Bloggers!! Here is an Blog Address book that I created for Joy of The Joy of Crafting. You might have already seen this book on Joy's post here. She gave me a great idea to make one of these so this is what I came up with. Here is the inside of the book... Most of the supplies that I used were bought at Ace or Ben Franklin.

I created this template specifically for blog addresses and I included a "Notes" section to write down what type of blog it is or what type of craft the Blogger specializes in. I will have these in my Etsy Store and I will also be giving one away to one of my loyal bloggers soon! Right now I only have one regular Hello Kitty Address book in the store.

Hi Bloggers!! A long time ago I saw these cute Fishy Favors on Joy's blog. I decided to make these for Apollo's preschool class for Boy's Day this year. Here are the instructions for this project. You can either use the Stampin' Up! Candy Favor Box die or I used my Cricut to cut these fishies out. I tied them with baker's twine instead of grosgrain ribbon. Here are two gift sets that I made for Apollo's preschool teachers for Teacher Appreciation week. I saw a bunch of teach appreciation suggestions online and I didn't know which one to go with so DH suggested that I just make something for them. It turned out to be a great idea because I used the Bee and Butterfly from the Create a Critter cartridge. Apollo's school has two classes. One is the Busy Bee class and the other class is the Butterfly class. Apollo is in the Busy Bee class and he will be graduating next month! The gift I made were a notepadfolio, matching post it notes and pen!

Apollo's Lego Star Wars Birthday Party

Happy Aloha Thursday Everyone! Here are the pictures of Apollo's 5th Birthday party back in February. This year we decided to have it at Dave and Buster's instead of Chuck E Cheese. He wanted to have a Lego Star Wars theme because he LOVES Legos. All of the party favors was made by Ink It.Here is a picture of the kid's goodie bags...

The center pieces were a clear quart can filled with goodies and wrapped with cellophane and tied with curling ribbon. We gave the kids gatorade instead of waterbottles.

I asked Jamie if she could create Playdoh labels and this is how it came out.

Mermaid Baby Shower Banner

Hello Blogland! Wow, I can't believe that it's been 3 months since my last post! Thank you very much to those of you who support me! You really mean a lot to me! Since my last post, Brayden is now 5 months old and Apollo is 5 years old! I'll be posting some of the pictures from his birthday party soon.

Anywho, my family put together a small baby shower for my brother and his girlfriend last month and this is the banner that I made for them. I loved the mermaid theme and the colors of their baby shower, ofcourse because it's my favorite color combo so I had a lot of fun putting this banner together! It reads "Baby Tevai".

Hi Bloggers! Here is a banner that I created for my GF's niece's nursery. I made one for my GF daughter Cloie using the Mini Monograms cartridge and when I was about to make this one for Alexis, there was no "X" in the curly font so I created this banner using the Make The Cut program Curlz font. It is so easy and I'm so happy that I bought it. I just got it for $58! The scalloped squares is about 5 1/2".

Announcement Candy Bars

Hi Bloggers! While buying/searching for safari decorations on Etsy for our baby shower I found Chickabug. Chickabug offers custom invitations, thank yous, stickers, waterbottle labels, and DIY printable etc. I love all of their custom party themes. They are so cute! When you have the chance, go and check it out as well as their blog. These are 2"circle tags that are actually for Thank Yous but I asked them if I could used them as announcement tags. Heather e-mailed me really fast and all I had to do was print and punch out the circles. I used the blue Marvy circle punch and pink Marvy scallop circle punch for the brown cardstock. I used DCWV Animal crackers pattern paper to wrap Hershey's Cookies n Cream candy bars.

Our Safari Baby Shower

Hi Bloggers!! As some of you already know, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago. He arrived one week earlier than expected and so I didn't have the time to post the pictures from our baby shower! Ofcourse everything was in brown ans green! Here are the invitations that I made using Mindy Terasawa's Little Safari Kit.

Here are some of the favor's that DH and I put together...

Jamie at Ink It created this super cute guestbook for us as well as the cupcake favor boxes and water bottle wrappers. I love how they all came out! Thanks Jamie!! My Mom filled the cupcake favor boxes with Tiger's Milk, small candies, and filled it with brown filler paper from Wal Mart.

My super talented Aunty made this beautiful diaper cake and matching quilt. I absolutely love it!! I dont want to take it apart. Thank you Aunty!!

My little made these cute little vanilla/chocolate chip cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting.

She gave this card to me for my baby shower along with the cutest baby clothes that I plan to have Baby wear to home from the hospital!

Hi Bloggers! Apollo wanted to make a card for his big sissy so I made this card for her and we sent her a little care package. I was inspired by a Hello Kitty card that 1LuvnMama made and I made a similar (smaller) card like this for my gf Michelle. The size of this card is A2. I just bought some Pebbles Inc. glittered candy dots and I put them in the corners. I love those little things. They come in all different colors and I think I'm going to get more! =)

Space Ian Magic Card

Hi Bloggers! Happy Father's Day to all of the Dads and Dads to be! Here is the card that I made for my hubby. He liked the magic card that Brenda made for me so much that I decided to make one for himself! I used the Splitcoast instructions to made this card and it is kind of a hard process to make this but I love how it came out. I used digi papers by Mindy Terasawa SU! w/ Kiwi Kiss and Not Quite Navy cardstocks and the sentiment is from Lizzie Anne Designs. Apollo signed the inside of the card.

Here is something that my hubby made for Apollo to put on his DSi... He cased the Hello Kitty Scrabble Tile cell phone charm that my gf Michelle gave to me. She found this wrapping paper at Target. I made this cake like the one I made for my SIL here. What do you think? I found this Hello Kitty doll at Target too.

Here is a really quick gift card holder that I made for my Mom. It measures @ 3 1/4" x 4 1/4". I stole Lorna's idea here and used the same demensions from a money holder that I learned how to make at one of Teri's classes but made it a little shorter. I used this printed paper I found at Ace/Ben Franklin (I think it's by K & Co.). I coordinated the paper with SU! Raspberry CS and PTI New Leaf CS. I love this new line of stamps from Dandelion Designs!!

Hi ya Bloggers! I'm sorry I've been a little MIA.. I've been having some problems with Blogger because I exceeded my photo space!! I didn't know you could do that... And with this baby on the way, I've been so tired, I hardly have any energy to make anything when I come home from work. I'm sorry I haven't been able to comment and visit you at your blogs! I also just realized that my 3 year Blogaversary is coming up and so I will be giving away some Blog Candy to one of my loyal followers!! Thank you very much to all of you that visit my blog! Here's my card...I made a shaker into one of those tent cards. Jenny challenged us TSRD DT members to make a shaker card this month and now I can't stop making shakers! There are a few more shakers to come! I used my new Doodlebug Designs paper that I got from Cute Stuff. I also got the mini dew drops and butterfly dew drops from there too!

Hi Bloggers!! Here is a little RAK that I made for Lianne at Cute Stuff. I CASEd a mini composition that my friend Joy made for me here. I thought it was so cute and creative that I wanted to try it out. I used the Corner Chomper to round the edges. I think these are a great idea to keep notes and throw right in your bag!! I will definitely make more of these when I go on leave and during the craft's fair time.

Happy Monday Bloggers!! My family and I went to my friend's daughter's baby luau. Apollo was so happy that he was invited! The theme was Candy Land and the decorations were so cute and creative. I wish I took pictures. Apollo's favorite part of the party was the candy bar. We got to pick all different kinds of candies. Here is a picture of the centerpiece.

March OCS and a Birthday Gift

Hi Bloggers!! Here is my OCS for March for Kris at K-Lusive Kreations... I saw 1LuvnMama's tent card and I had to try it out. Kris told me that her favorite color is blue so I used Sparkle Bling card stock with papers from the Bunny Hop digi kit by Mindy Terasawa. I added Prima flowers I got from Jenny V. and used Nesties to cut out the largest circle and largest scallop. This card measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4". I love this sentiment, it is from Dandelion Designs. Instead of adhering the top of the card I punched two eyelets in the center and tied a ribbon through it. I printed out Easter Anya digi so that it fit inside the circle. I used some charms to hang her. Hope Kris likes my card!

Here is a birthday gift that I made for Kris... My SIL went to Vegas and picked up some of these mini mailboxes from Target. (THANKS JESS!) I don't know why the Target over here and the Target on Oahu doesn't carry them. Anyway, I made this gift for her using the stamp set that I won from the Island Scrapbooking blog (THANK YOU IS!) and cut the papers out with my Cricut. The funny thing is that Kris and I are both going to have a baby and our due date is only a couple days apart!!

Bunny Hello Kitty Money Holder

Hi Everyone! I hope you all are having a great weekend! Easter is almost here and I had a request to make these wallet money holders and this is what I came up with. I used Bunny Hop digi papers by Mindy Terasawa and digi Easter papers by Nancy Kubo. I tried and tried to look for envelopes for this size (3" x 4") but was unable to find any. Couple of people suggested that I make my own so I made it off of my Cricut using the Plantin cartridge. I am so glad I did. It was so easy to make and I didn't even know that option was on the cartridge! Thank you Lianne and Aunty Rinia for suggesting that I make my own.

Apollo's 4th Birthday Party

Hi Bloggers! Here are some pictures from Apollo's Birthday Party. This year Apollo wanted to have a Transformers birthday at Chuck E. Cheese.

These are the goodies the kids got. Jamie at Ink It made these favor tags and Hershey Wrappers for me. On the back of the wrapper and favor tag there is Nutrition Facts. The cotton candy is from Higa's in Hilo. There were three flavors layered... Blueberry, Grape, and Bubblegum.

Here are all of the goodie bags. I made bag tags for all of the kids. I made Hello Kitty ones for the girls.

Last month I was paired up with my gf Jenny at Crazy for Paper Crafting. I apologize for not posting this earlier. I was so happy to be partnered up with Jenny and I love this card! It is so cute!

Earlier this month I finally got to meet Jenny in Waimea at the Cherry Blossom Festival. She gave me this super cute card. I'm not sure if you can see it but there Jenny used a piece of acetate as the window. Here are the rest of the goodies she gave me. She made this super cute mailbox from My Timeless Templates. Hello Kitty Jar for Joy

Happy Humpday Bloggers! Most of you may have seen this little glass jar already. It is so hard to see the etched part but I think if you click to enlarge then you can see it a little better. My SIL made some really really cute jars for Christmas and when I got back from Oahu I had to try this out. I made this off of the Cricut and Design Studio. I used the silhouette Hello Kitty and cut it out on transfer paper. After that, my hubby did the rest! Yes, I admit that he did the peeling, painting, and washing off part.

We left the armor etch on the glass a little long than normal to see if the etch would come out darker. This was the first one we made and I love how it came out! I'll defintely be making more. Hope you have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by! *Hugs*

Happy Tuesday Bloggers! I was partnered with Tia for Teri’s OCS last month and here are the cards that I made for her. I am always looking for gift card holder templates and I found this Cut file online somewhere and decided to try it out but the size was a weird size so I altered it a little bit to fit an A2 size envelope. I am so sorry, Tia I was a really bad partner and I sent this the beginning of this month! I tried to compensate by sending a gift card with the card. Lol! I also made this wallet gift card/money holder for her too using the TSRD Garden Fairy set. I love these fairies and I hope Renae comes out with more Garden Fairy sets. I left both cards blank so she can use.

I made this card for our office. It was a retirement card with the Aloha Kitty on it. I was inspired by the super cute cupcake card that Tia gave me.

This super cute calendar came in this super cute box. It is on my desk at work and I always think of her because we both work for the COH. Hehehe.. Jenny made this box with the Love Bandit papers by Mindy Terasawa. They are now on 12 x 12 paper by Bo Bunny I think. Thank you soooo much Jenny! I love it!Oh, I love these butterflies too... If you're ever in Hilo, You can get them at Big Island Packaging. I bought some Dragonflies for my desk at work.

Holiday Fairy Set

Hi Bloggers! Here is a set that I sent to my gf Teri so she can give them to the ladies at Ka `Ohu Hou O Manoa. I used the Holiday Fairy set from Two Scoops Rice Designs. They are so cute and fun to color. I used them with Imaginisce papers.
This year we decided to give a present to someone on the Angel tree. We picked a boy that was the same age as Apollo and he wanted Spiderman. It was so cute because Apollo picked out the toy. I hope the little boy is happy with what he picked.

I can't believe that there are only 9 more days until Christmas! I've been so busy that I am so behind in my Christmas shopping! Here is a picture of my little helper and I this past Sunday at Lanihau Center. Apollo usually stays with my parents but this day he wanted to come with me. He helped me get the paper bag to put the goodies inside and it was so hot that day but he didn't even fuss. I was so proud of him! One thing I enjoy about these crafts fairs is that I get to meet a lot of people. I got to meet Charme at this craft fair and she is the owner of Little Opihi'z. She makes the cutest shirts for kids and they are all embroidered. I also got to me Angie again! Thank you so much Angie for coming all the way down to Lanihau and thank you so much for this sweet RAK! I am so blessed to meet you! Angie, do you have a blog? All of these goodies were in this cute little box. I got my first set of Smirk stamps! I can't wait to get them inked!

Happy Monday Bloggers!! I'm sorry I haven't been able to post much. I've been so busy! I didn't even post that I was going to be in Kamuela at a crafts fair on Saturday! It went really well and I will post the picture of my table soon. It was decorated by my hubby!

Hi Bloggers! I'm back! I am still recooperating from this past weekend. I had a lot of fun but got kind of burnt out on Sunday. I have to thank my DH for all of his help packing and unpacking and cutting and scoring for me. He helped me out a lot. Also my sister helped me at my table while my parents watched Apollo. It was a great experience for me since it was my first huge crafts fair. There were over 100 vendors in the grand ballroom so it was kind of intimidating, but I was surprised that I did really well. I was happy to meet a lot of people (Thank you Angie!). Thank you for all of your support! I hope to see you again this weekend. I will post the time and place soon.

Happy Humpday Bloggers! Here is a sympathy card that I sent to my gf Joy for one of the girls that she coached for soccer. You can see the post here. I think Joy is still accepting sympathy cards for the girls if you want to send to her. I was so sad to hear that their Mom had passed away so I made this sympathy card for the girls as well as a journal. I chose these soft colors and Angel Anya from the Greeting Farm. I wrote to the girls and said that they can write or draw all of their happy memories that they had with their Mom. I am sure that she is watching over them. Most of you know that my fav color is green and so my hubby found this paper for me at Ace. It is by K & Co. I was looking at this paper and decided to change the pie to green to make it look like key lime pie. Ok, I know for some of you it looks gross! But I think it looks yummy. lol! Anyway, I made this notepad folio on kraft cardstock. It has a pocket on the inside. You can click to enlarge.

Hello Kitty Hot Cocoa Dispenser and an Award!

Hi Bloggers! I hope you are having a great day. Apollo got sick again and now he is on a nebulizer. He got his own little Dragon mask. It started off a couple days ago as allergies and yesterday, I had to take off early from work because he had a hard time breathing. Dr. put him on 4 different medications and a shot. Poor little guy. He is doing much better today and not wheezing as much. It was kind of scary for me because I never grew up with asthma! My hubby thinks it's from the vog. The air is so thick of vog because the crater is caving in. So I guess that means that we have to stay indoors all weekend. But anyway, I wanted to share with you this hot cocoa dispenser I made with my Cricut. I found the cut file online. I love it because its such a great idea, but it is kind of huge! I had to use two 12" x 12" sheets of cardstock and one sheet of 12" x 12" printed paper for the lid. I think I'm going to have to tweak it a little bit so it's not so big. I cut Hello Kitty at 2.5". Here is an award I received from Brenda at Sweet as a Gumdrop. Thank you so much Brenda!! You are so sweet to think of me! This was so much fun.. It reminded me of those slam books that we had in school. lol!

OMG!! Super exciting news!! Did you see this post here??? I am so happy to announce that I made the Winter Spring Two Scoops Rice Designs DT along with my bloggin' sisters Jen and Jenny!! I absolutely ♥ TSRD especially since they have some local flavor. If you haven't checked out their stamps then go right now!! You will get hooked just like me! *Heehee* I am so excited, I can't wait to see what the other DT members create.
On to the projects I have to share today. Myra sent me super cute mini post it holder as a RAK. Thank you so much Myra!! I love it! =) She is the one that got me hooked on these stamps! lol! You can buy this set from Myra or you can buy them here at the TSRD website.
I cased Myra's post it note holder and made a card.... I followed Teri's tri fold card instructions, punched a half circle instead and glued the sides of the small panel to make a pocket. You can use it as a gch or in this case I put a note in there.

Happy Halloween Bloggers! (One day late!) I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween! Apollo was Bumblee (ofcourse) this year. I'll try and post a picture of him later. Here is my OCS for October finally! I'm sorry Joni that I took so long} I've been so busy preparing for two crafts fairs this month! I made another double shaker card this month. I found black thick foamies at Ace and thought it would be perfect for a Halloween shaker! I'm having so much fun making these things. I always refer to my gf Teri's tutorial to make them. Hi Bloggers! Here is a gch/card that I learned how to make at my gf Teri's class. It is made out of one sheet of 12 x 12 paper. My gf Joy has a tutorial on how to make it here. I bought this TSRD 2 Scoops Ice Cream stamp from Myra. The sentiments are from the ice cream set from CC Designs. Here is a super cute RAK I want to show off from Myra. I love it! Especially since Hello Kitty is on it! It has a mini calendar and a scratch pad in it. She is such an inspiration to me. I love everything she creates! Thank you so much Myra for making my day! =)

My First TSRD Project!

Happy Humpday Bloggers!! This is my very first Two Scoops Rice Designs stamp set. I know I made a whole bunch of these notebooks and recipe/flash cards already but I was so happy to play with these. I received this stamp set from Jackielou a while ago and I finally got them inked!! Thank you so much Jackielou! I love it!! After I seen these yummy stamps on Myra's blog, I got sooooo hooked!! And now I want them all! lol! They are so much fun. Apollo loves to color too so I stamped some of TSRD images for him and we craft together! A Fairy Fun Birthday Party

Hi Bloggers! Its been so hard for me to get back into the swing of things after I took off from work the other week. I'm also working on the goodies for the Craft's Fair next month and so I will post what I have available soon. I'm so sorry I haven't posted the sweet and generous RAKs I received yet. I promise I will post them soon! Here are some pictures from my step-daughter's birthday party at Glow Putt in Windward Mall. Since the theme of her party was Tinkerbell, I ordered these clear quart labels and Mini M&M Tube labels from Jamie at Ink It in Hilo. Go and check it out.. She does a lot of super cute projects!! You need to check out what she did for her daughter's first birthday (Hello Kitty party). OMG, sooooo cute!! Anyway, Thank you so much Jamie! Hello Kitty Goodies

Happy Monday Everyone! I got back from Oahu last night and I am so tired. My 3 day weekend went by so fast! On Saturday I was so happy I got to see Denise and meet Linda, Janis, and Jenny at Teri's class. We made some really cute stuff! I will post the projects and RAKs that I received soon. This is what I made for the ladies. I used the PTI Get a Handle on It Template by Lauren Meader. My hubby just got me a new printer and it is so easy to make these templates. You just print, cut/score, and tape. This box actually is two sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock. For the bottom of the box I used one of the Nestibilities Scalloped Square in Pretty in Pink card stock.
This is what I made for my SIL's step daughter. Joy and Michelle made super cute ones for their daughters and when Jess asked me to make one I was so happy to try it. I cut the HK head at 2 3/4" and the font is from the Simply Sweet cartridge. I think I cut it at 1 3/4". I also made her a matching index card holder so she can use it for flash cards.
I made this small accordion file folder w/ a matching pen for my SIL. This file folder has a hidden magetic closure. You can get the instructions here. I cut the Hello Kitty Head at 2 3/4" and I used the scallop border punch by Martha Stewart.
