Hope Butterfly

I posted couple of cards that I created for my Aunt who is battling Breast Cancer. Here is another card inspired by and for her. This card is based on this week’s Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge #48. When I saw this Verve set, “Here For You,” I automatically thought of her because of the “One Day At A Time” Sentiment. I have never seen someone fight so long and hard “One Day at a Time” against cancer. Both my Mother and Grandmother are Breast Cancer Survivors but both of them did not fight as hard and long as my Aunt is. I also ♥ the Verve “Fluttering By” Set. I used this butterfly on this card because it represents “Hope.” I recently bought this beautiful set by Unity Stamp Co. which perfectly explains Hope. It reads: “Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a Butterfly.” And again, I used pink to represent Breast Cancer. Dazzling Party Bella

I created this card for Taylor's Cake Challenge #26. I used this yummy printed paper by American Crafts called "Sundae" from the Ala Mode Collection. I ♥ this line of paper. It has all kinds of yummy names. I used the Dazzling Diamond Dust Technique again. =) And I colored in most of the image except for her clothes which I cut out. This was a fun challenge!
